HOUGHTON, Mich. (AP) A man has been charged with setting fire to an apartment building in July in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, killing four people.
Forty-seven-year-old Ronald Kemppainen was arraigned Monday on four counts of felony murder and one count of arson. Full Story
