My guesstimate for possible state budget cuts for public education for FY2011 is between 60-80 million dollars.
Markell is pretty much all tapped out! I don’t forsee pay cuts for state workers including teachers. With 2010 being an election year it’s doubtful Delaware legislators will want to raise taxes. Markell “will” be forced to call
