Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH has sold its shares in CHOREN Industries GmbH to all the remaining CHOREN shareholders, a syndicate consisting primarily of Hamburg-based entrepreneurs as well as the carmakers Daimler AG and Volkswagen AG.
