UPDATE (11:56pm): Whole lotta runoffs even in the smaller races. Two HISD and two Cy-Fair districts will have a bloodbath. The Chron's election page actually has the leading vote-getter checked as if they're the winner. I know HISD has runoffs, so unless there's something odd about Cy Fair, I'm assuming [...]
